It is crucial that your report gets into social security so that my disability application gets processed. I thought that you did this already. Now, it may take another month before I hear from them. I was hoping to get a determination at the end of this month. things are really tight.

Douglas,
I am not sure what social security disability wants either. Now, I wished I made a second copy of the form I filled out for them on this subject. The asked specific questions. I basically said something like this:
My condition has gotten progressively worse since the car accidents. I now have severe arthritis in all my joints. I am in a great deal of pain and have difficulty sleeping at night. I have severe pain in my neck and lower back. My knees are swollen and make walking extremely difficult. I have to use a cane to get around. I occassionally get migrane headaches especially if I go without treatment for any length of time. I need to have continuous treatment in order to function on a daily basis.
You will have to put this into your professional words of course, I assume.
I hope that you can contact the right person and get this done. It is holding up my chances to get extra income to pay my bills.
